Company was started in 1987 in the Central Ohio area with a simple philosophy:

| In 1987 we also knew
we had to be different from the established companies involved in the same
business. So we made the following pledge to compete for our customers'
business and - more importantly - their trust: |
- NO MONEY DOWN - We take
the financial risk for materials and labor during the construction process.
We are proud to say that we continue
to do this today. It made our customers feel comfortable in 1987, just
as it does today.
The owners will always have a hand
in guiding your crew during the installation process on the job site,
not from the office. |

Our Contract:

It assures you the job will be done properly |
- Our construction methods follow
the exact engineering standards recognized and set forth by the manufacturer.
- Our equipment and materials
used on all our jobs meet or exceed all guidelines required by O.D.O.T.
and A.S.T.M. standards.
- A normal installation will take
approximately one to two days to complete.
- We will protect your lawn by
placing plywood to the work area.
- All areas used in the construction
process will be cleaned upon completion of the project.
- We do not ask for money down
to start your job.
